Refund Policy

We at Official Web Solution are dedicated to provide our customers top-notch website development services. We are aware, though, that sometimes things may not go as planned. We provide a refund if you are dissatisfied with our website creation services under the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the project’s beginning.
  • The project is in its initial stage and has not yet progressed beyond the initial design phase.
  • The client delivered all required information and suggestions within the stated time range.
  • You’ve selected a unique package.
  • The primary design concept has been approved.
  • You asked for adjustments.
  • The decision to cancel was taken for non-company-related reasons.
  • For more than two weeks of the project, the company has not been contacted.
  • Policies of the company have been broken.
  • For the same job, a different business or designer has been contacted.
  • The necessary details are missing from the creative brief.
  • A total redesign has been requested.
  • The’request for reimbursement’ time period for this claim has passed.
  • The company is altering its name or operations.
  • Under no circumstances will there be a refund for “change of mind,” “disagreement with partner,” or other factors unrelated to the service.
  • A refund will only be given for that specific service and “not” the entire bundle if a customer purchases a service bundle and is unhappy with any one service.
  • After 15 days from the date of purchase, the client will not be eligible for any returns.
  • Under no circumstances are services like social media, SEO, domain registration, and web hosting eligible for refunds.
  • Websites cannot be returned once the client has accepted the design and the website has been handed off to the developer.

Please provide our customer support team with your order information and the details of your refund request in order to request a refund. If your request satisfies the requirements listed above, our team will examine it and complete the refund.

Please be aware that we are unable to issue a refund after the project has moved past the preliminary design stage. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for projects that have been finished or for services that have been partially or totally provided.

Customers that abuse this policy or breach our terms and conditions may be denied refunds at our discretion.
